Do you have long-term contracts?

Nope! Everything we do is month-to-month. We do allow customers to pre-pay for an annual membership to save 20%.

Do you have any setup fees?

No hidden fees of any kind. Just our low flat monthly rates.

Do I really get unlimited design requests?

Yes! You can put in as many requests as you’d like, and depending on your plan we’ll work on one, two or more requests at a time.

How long is the turnaround?

Typical turnaround is 24-48 hours, though it can change depending on the scope of your project. Sometimes, we even turn things around in the same day!

Do I get all the source files to my projects?

Yes, you own everything we create for you.

Do you make canceling difficult?

Absolutely not. You don’t have to write us a letter, jump through a hoop of fire, or go through 15 pages to find the cancel button. Simply tell your project manager or email us at info@designconcierge.io. The only question we ask if “What could we have done better to keep you?”

If I refer customers to you, do I get something?

If you’re an existing customer, every referral you send us that successfully signs up will earn you 35$ off your total monthly plan. Send us enough referral, and you get our service for FREE and also make a little bit of cash on the side.

Naturally, we also have a reseller program.
